RFID Shipping Labels

If you ship products to the DoD, you are probably required to apply encoded RFID tags to shipments and convey shipment data to the government system. CodeSource can meet your RFID requirements. All of our RFID labels meet Mil-Spec 129P and are guaranteed to exceed DFARS 252.211-7006 requirements. All of our labels are thermally printed on a synthetic material that is chemical resistant, water proof and can be applied to -15° F. Our RFID labels contain tags that are pre-programmed Gen 2 DoD RFID labels with extended read range.

The RFID Container Label is used on cases (external container) and pallets. These labels are printed in batch sizes of your choosing. With a three year shelf life, they can be applied as needed. Each label contains an embedded RFID tag which is encoded at time of printing.

RFID Container Label (4” x 2”) with Buddy (4” x 1”)
The RFID Container Label with Buddy is the same as the RFID Container Label but each label also includes a 1" duplicate barcode-only label (Buddy). The Buddy label contains the RFID data. By use of error free scanning, this approach greatly facilitates conveyance of RFID shipment data into WAWF.

RFID Container Label (4” x 2”) with UID
The RFID Container Label with UID is the same as the RFID Container Label but each label includes a product-specific UID mark. By coordinating RFID with UID, these labels simplify both RFID and UID compliance, especially if we’re already providing your durable UID labels.
