The ACI DPLFortis Marker is most powerful Nd:YAG laser system offered by ACI Laser GmbH with its 18W output power opens new fields of application. It provides high-quality labelling, even for time-critical applications in large-batch production.
Instead of using the water cooling system usual at the market, the DPLFortis Marker is equipped with an energy saving thermo-electric air cooling unit. This features maintenance-free operation in addition to minimal operating costs. The central feature of the laser is its specially developed resonator which enables high-quality marking on metal, plastic, ceramics and foils with excellent beam quality and the highest pin-point accuracy up to 140KW.
The ALL-IN-ONE philosophy that has provided the basis for the development of all of ACI's devices is manifest in the compact design of the complete laser system. All components required for operation are integrated in one housing. So, the resulting minimal overall dimensions make the system a flexible, highly integrated tool suitable for pre-existing production plants. The DPLFortis Marker is controlled by the included MagicMark V3 software, developed to enable even the unskilled to work comfortably with the complete system. |
