All tags are made of 1100 Series Aluminum (see attached specifications for details). Tags are Anodized in accordance with MIL A 8625 Type II Class 2 (see attached specifications for details).

Our aluminum tags comply with MIL-STD 130 including certification of quality to ISO grade "B" or better. Specify DI or TEI format. Includes up to 60 human readable characters and 2D Data Matrix symbol. Specify Construct - please provide Cage code, Original part number and Serial number.

Minimum label order value is $ 150.00
Change Order Fee: $ 75.00 if change is made after job has been released to production (delivery date changes accordingly)
First Article of Inspection: $ 175.00 (per drawing) if an AS9102 is required

IMPORTANT: Lead times are based on receiving all REQUIRED information and proof approval. As mentioned above, this includes a completed data sheet. This sheet must be filled out for every tag needed and returned only in Electronic format (Excel), emailed to Sales@CodeSourceinc.com.
Production cannot begin until we receive a PO, the data sheet, and approval of the tag design.
1. Please use CodeSource part numbers when issuing a purchase order.
2. All labels are graded at the point of manufacture. Subsequent grading compliance cannot be guaranteed for the life of the product due to environmental and handling variables outside the control of CodeSource.
3. All laser marked data matrix codes to be machine verified per the latest revision of MIL-STD- 130.
4. Customer is ultimately responsible for contractual compliance with the latest MIL-STD-130 specification.
5. Written approval of sample mark acceptance at the discretion of the customer. CodeSource is not responsible for marking errors without pre-production written approval of submitted samples.
6. Cancellation charges apply and include all material cost, setup charges, plus 100% of the quoted piece price for each tag completed at the point of order termination.
7. Payment terms are Net 30 pending credit approval. Additionally, all major credit cards are accepted. FOB Denton, Texas.
