This laser workstation is able to mark single parts or small batches with great speed and efficiency. And with its compact design, ACI's WorkstationBASIC will help to conserve workspace, no matter the marking facility. The work piece is placed on a 320 x 290 mm² large operation area and is covered by a manually-operated encasement door. Integrated into the workstation is an electrical lighting system, an electrically driven z-axis, and two pilot lasers for the Focus-Finder-Function. Using either a hand control or the included software, it is possible to mark work pieces of heights up to 120 mm. Valuable time may be saved with the Focus-Finder-Function, which allows for quick height adjustment.
