CodeSource is excited to announce several improvements to the Quadrus Verifier. The Data Matrix verifier features new illumination enhancements to read the most challenging direct part marks on a variety of substrates with marking methods such as dot peen and electrochemical etch. AIM DPM Quality Guidelines are also supported, which provides improved measurement and grading of direct part marks. Specifically designed for UID compliant data matrix grading, the production ready Microscan Quadrus Verifier utilizes a fully enclosed illumination chamber designed to block out ambient light. This configuration ensures proper lighting of data matrix codes resulting in the most accurate and repeatable grading results.
