UPGRADABLE WITH DIFFERENT FILTER MODULES
Depending on the application the LN-Series can be equipped with different filter modules. This allows for minimization of filter costs by making it possible to adapt the exhaust- and filtration system according to changing application needs. The air cleaning process takes place through different pre-filters and a HEPA filter H13 (separation rate = 99,95% at 0,1-0,3ym).
ADSORBTION OF GASEOUS POLLUTANTS OVER TWO-STAGE FILTER
A two stage gas filter system, filled with activated carbon and BAC granulates, enables the adsorption and absorption of gaseous pollutants and odors. This means that a very broad spectrum of gaseous substances and odors can be adsorbed and neutralized through a chemical process. Integrated two layer technology allows the two granulates to be totally separated. Therefore simple and separate disposal of the different materials is possible without any problems.
EASY REPLACMENT OF FILTERS
The filter replacement is very easy and takes place from the top. Thus it is guaranteed that the operator can accomplish a clean and simple filter replacement.

All standard systems are equipped with an interface (SUB D 25pin). The following functions can be monitored over the display and interface: infinitely adjustable speed controller (automatic adjustment during increasing filter saturation) – advanced warning at 80% filter saturation - optical and acoustic announcement filter blocked - notice of malfunction – display and switch for start/stand-by operation.
