At 600 mm x 550 mm, the T-grooved support plate in the extended working area of the manual workplace WorkstationPROFESSIONAL provides extra large space for big parts. An x-Portal, extending the working area to 550 mm, is installed as standard. With this, depending on the laser type, it offers a freely programmable marking area of max. 550 mm x 180 mm. Workpieces of different heights can be marked by using the integrated electrically driven z-axis. Two pilot lasers help the operator set the right working distances within seconds. The integrated preview feature of the pilot laser offers easy x-y-positioning of the marking contents as well. These functions save valuable changeover time and provide for perfect marking of individual parts. The electrically driven door of the workspace ensures comfortable changing of workpieces. The WorkstationPROFESSIONAL is designed to meet the directives of laser safety class 1 and can be operated with all laser systems made by the ACI Laser GmbH. It has an extended range of accessories to offer solutions for nearly any imaginable application.
